Product principle
Principle of scale inhibition
When an aqueous solution flows through a magnetic field, Ca* and co- in water deviate in opposite directions due to the opposite charge and the action of Lorentz force. In calcite and aragonite molecules, the average distance of C-O is 0.125 nm, the distance of Ca-0 of calcite is 0.237nm, and the average distance of Ca-0 of aragonite is 0.252 nm. Because the Ca-0 distance of nepheline is greater than that of calcite, the action of Lorentz force is easy to generate nepheline. In the evaporative precipitation process of CaCO3 solution, it is found that the ratio of calcite and nepheline can be changed from 80 to 20 in the absence of magnetic field by magnetic treatment. Magnetically treated CaCO3 solution gives priority to nepheline growth, and the scale of water without magnetic treatment is calcite, but after magnetic treatment, because the molecules obtain energy from the magnetic field, the aragonite is rapidly formed and becomes a non-attached ooze, which is discharged with the sewage system, or precipitates at the bottom of the cooling tower. From the perspective of energy, the essence of magnetic treatment is CaCO, the crystal gets energy from the magnetic field to generate aragonite with higher energy, magnetic treatment has a "memory" effect, it is generally believed that in completely static water, it can remain effective for about 48 hours, while under the action of severe bubbling, stirring or turbulence, it can only be maintained for 8 hours. The results of the magnetic memory effect experiment were unchanged for at least 72 hours. Magnetic isomerism can also well explain the magnetic "memory" effect, that is, after magnetic treatment, the solution generates colloidal calcium carbonate and aragonite with high energy, so that the energy of the whole solution is increased, so that the solution has a continuous anti-scale effect.

Principle of descaling
Magnetic treatment changes the morphology of calcite, and calcite is transformed into spheroidal aragonite. In aqueous solution without magnetic treatment, the scale is calcite, but after magnetic treatment, because the molecules obtain energy from the magnetic field, aragonite, spheroaragonite and colloidal calcium carbonate are rapidly formed in the solution. Aragonite and colloidal calcium carbonate in solution can react with scale (calcite) on the heat exchanger to form aragonite. If colloidal calcium carbonate produces chondraragonite, chondraragonite will also produce aragonite, which is a non-attached ooze that can be discharged with the sewage system or deposited at the bottom of the cooling tower to prevent the production of scale. In this way, the magnetic treatment through the aqueous solution, so that the old scale (calcite) into aragonite off. This explains that the old scale on the heat exchanger is calcite, and the old scale that falls off is aragonite.
